  • Payments made online on business days before 4:00 PM will be credited to your account after 10:00 PM that day.
  • Payments made on business days after 4:00 PM, on weekends or holidays, will be credited to your account after 10:00 PM on the next business day.

Pay by Phone

  • Online Resources is a vendor that allows National Fuel customers to pay by phone and accepts electronic check, credit card and debit card payments. Online Resources charges the customer a service fee to pay by phone.
  • Have your bank account information and National Fuel account number ready and:

    • To make a payment using your debit card or your Discover, MasterCard, or Visa credit card:

Pay by Mail

  • Send your check to National Fuel in the self-addressed envelope enclosed with your statement.

Pay in Person

You can pay your bill at a National Fuel Customer Assistance Center or authorized payment center.

  • Customer Assistance Centers are open Monday through Friday 8:15am-4:30pm in New York and 8:30am-4:30pm in Pennsylvania, excluding holidays.
    • Buffalo: 409 Main St., Buffalo, NY 14203
      • Directions: From I-90 take 33 W toward Buffalo. Continue on the 33 W to the Oak St. exit. Make a right on Broadway. Continue on Broadway (turns into Lafayette Sq) past Washington St. The CAC is located on Main St., inside of the Brisbane Building, across the street from the Main Place Mall. From the I-190 take the Elm St. Exit. Make a left onto Broadway. Continue on Broadway (turns into Lafayette Sq) past Washington St. The CAC is located on Main St., inside of the Brisbane Building, across the street from the Main Place Mall.
    • Cheektowaga: AppleTree Business Park, 2875 Union Rd., Suite 44, Cheektowaga, NY 14227
      • Directions: From I-90 take the William St. exit. Head east on William St. towards Cheektowaga. Make a left on Union Rd. The CAC is located approximately .75 miles down Union in the AppleTree Business Park.
    • Jamestown: 1384 Peck Settlement Rd., Jamestown, NY 14701
      • Directions: Follow Route 60 South through Jamestown. When road narrows to a two-lane highway, proceed 1.3 miles to the traffic light. Turn right onto Peck Settlement Rd. The CAC is located on the left approximately 0.10 miles from the intersection.
    • Erie: 1100 State St., Erie, PA 16501
      • Directions: From I-79, Peach St., Rt. 97 or Rt. 8/Parade St. head downtown toward 12th St. The Erie CAC is located on State St. in downtown Erie between 12th and 11th Streets.
    • Oil City: 1 Relief St., Oil City, PA 16301
      • Directions: From North: Take Rt. 8 Bypass. Make a left on Relief St. The CAC will be on your right. From South: Take Rt. 8. Make a right on Relief St. The CAC will be on your right.
  • Authorized Payment Centers
    • Search for a Western Union or MoneyGram authorized location nearest you:

Direct Payment Plan

  • Our Direct Payment Plan deducts your monthly gas payment from your checking or savings account automatically on the late payment date.
  • You will still receive your monthly billing statement 20 to 23 days before the late payment date.
  • The Direct Payment Plan is especially compatible with our Budget Plan. By participating in both programs, you can be prepared for your monthly deductions.

Budget Plan

  • Our Budget Plan lets you stabilize your monthly bill for up to one year. The plan divides your estimated annual bill by 12.
  • We also offer a 10-month budget plan covering September through June.
  • We may adjust your Budget Plan amount periodically to ensure that it remains accurate.

Deferred Payment Agreement

  • If you are unable to make your payment, please talk to a representative at one of our Customer Assistance Centers, or call us as soon as possible.
  • You may be asked to provide income and expense information. Based on that, we may be able to arrange a deferred payment agreement.
  • If your financial situation changes, we may change your payment plan.
